It's been ridiculously fun, reading your awkward memories and seeing your awkward photos.
Seems I'm not the only pet owner around who has been put through the ringer by my dogs. You guys all had me in stitches, hearing how your dogs have created some incredibly awkward moments.
I enjoyed it so much, that I just have to share some of the best of the best with you.
When she's not posing for photos in Dogs Gone Wild, Skye also loves to share her affinty for dead things with unsuspecting strangers.
"At the beach Skye was playing fetch with her favorite toy. Stupid human threw the toy and it landed next to a dead sea gull. Skye found a new favorite toy, and ran like a maniac trying to show every person on the beach her new toy in hopes that someone would throw it for her. When no one wanted to throw the dead bird, she went and dropped it on a nice woman's towel where she was sitting with her boyfriend. Once she stopped screaming, I offered to buy a new towel, or trade one towel for one pit bull. She went with the new towel." - Jenny from Of Pitbulls and Patience
"...It seem whenever we try to take a family photo my dog also sits backwards so that she is facing us and we are all looking at her." - Abby
"What do you do when your dog {JD} decides to spice up his boardwalk visit by finding a young woman in a bikini, crawling on her lap, while licking anything he comes in contact with, and casually slipping his head between her bra and her skin...still licking... and you are desperately trying to free her of your OCD dog and keep her bikini top on, while your OCD dog is hell bound and determined to lick this new found object [her nipple] and is not interested in coming with you.... And all this in front of a small but fast growing crowd... with all the men cheering... and all the women gasping...Yes, I will dig a hole all the way to China, thank you." - Silvie on 2 from Silvie on 4
This is Parker from Of Pitbulls & Patience.
Thank Dog this draw was random because there is no way that I could have chosen a winner.

Of course, some of the most outrageous stories had no photo to go along with them, for which we are *quite* greatful.
"I'll set the scene for you: The living room of my 19th century Philadelphia town house. Antique gas fireplace with beautiful tile surround. Elegant crystal chandelier. Friends sitting around talking about art and music. Enter Agatha and Christie, two six month old, mixed breed puppies from the same litter. First Agatha humps Christie to the amazement of all watching. Then she stops. And Christie humps Agatha. Yes, I had incestuous, lesbian, exhibitionist puppies.None of my friends have ever forgotten it either. And it's been 20 years!" - Pamela at Something Wagging
Still others had a photo that left us wondering what on Earth was going on....and why was it caught on film?!

And finally, to the Wendy of Silvie on 4, I salute you. I wish one of my dogs would do this.
"Wendy. My shy one. The dog who was so abused that she is afraid of everything... Well... apparently not everything... She found herself a gorgeous ma in full uniform. She walked up to him, waited to get picked up, kissed him like he was her long lost love, turned herself belly up in his arms and offered up the goods and fell asleep like that in about 2 minutes. ???? Ok, I don't fault her, he was gorgeous. I tried that approach. 1, my husband got pissy. 2. the guy just sidestepped me and moved on..." - Silvie on 2
