I've got a project in the works.
It's big. Really big. The first year of our blog passed so quickly, and we were so busy, that sometimes it's hard to remember all the great moments we've shared that didn't make the blog. There has to be a way to document the wonderful moments that make up our every day life, right?
Right.
I'm putting the Mama to work. This year, we'll be documenting a year in the life of Kolchak Puggle with a project. A Pet Project.

What is Pet Project 365?
It's your life. Your memories. Documented one day at a time for a year. Most projects are supposed to be documented in images, but I'm a rebel. My Pet Project 365 will feature photos, quotes and memories. It's meant to be quick and simple. No need to pose for the picture. You don't need fancy camera equipment. Don't over think it - just do it.
Does 365 days feel like just way to many?
Condense it down! Do a Pet Project 52 - one picture a week, every week for a year. Do it because it makes for good blog fodder. Do it to improve your photography skills. Do it because the days pass so quickly, that sometimes, it's hard too look back and remember just how precious those little everyday moments really were.
Make it your own.
There are so many ways to tackle a project like this - you could post it on your blog, you could create it with a site like 365project.org, pin it to Pinterest (like I am doing), make it a digital scrapbook, create a real paper scrapbook or even do nothing. Just take the pictures. Preserve the memories. You'll never regret having captured these moments.
